Starting April 1, 2016, all orders will include a return card. Please fill this out completely if you are needing to exchange or return any items. If your order does not contain this card, please follow the steps below.
Exchanges and returns may be processed within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, free of any pet hair and odors (smoke, cologne/perfume, sweat). The customer is responsible for sending the item(s) back to Rogue American Apparel; packaging must be equal to the packaging in which you received the original order to ensure maximum protection during transit. Keep your packing slip for order verification.
Refunds/Store Credit: Please send items back to address below with a note stating which item(s) you're returning, your order number, and whether you'd like a refund or store credit. Refunds may take up to 20 days to process after being issued depending on your independent financial institution. You will receive an email confirming the refund has been processed.
Item Exchange: Please include a note in return package stating your order number, the item or items you're wishing to exchange, and the new item you're wishing to receive. We will contact you if that item is no longer available.
Damaged item: If you received a damaged item or we messed up your order, please contact our customer service team directly. Information below.
If you are an existing customer and need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Contact our customer service team if you have any additional questions or concerns.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
